Jesse Winker OF CIN
Been one of the Reds top prospects in their organization since they drafted him 1st round in 2012. He is now on the 40 man roster going into the 2017 Spring Training and should make his debut this upcoming summer once an injury plagues the Reds. Always been known as a very good hitter who has 20+ homer potential.
Sam Travis 1B BOS
An IU grad, was apart of the CWS teams with Kyle Schwarbar. Red Sox took Travis in the 2nd round of the 2014 draft hoping he could one day take over the 1B position after Big Papi retires. He is now retired and Travis is now in position to join the Red Sox this season. He will have to overtake Mitch Moreland and Hanley Ramirez to take over the 1B spot.
Hunter Dozier 3B KC
Ranked #1 Kansas City prospect bay MLB.com. Made his debut last year as injuries plagued the Royals last season, Dozier should be back up later this year if more injuries plague them again. Dozier hit .211 AVG, .286 OBP in a total of 19 ABs last season.
Ian Anderson SP ATL
A young 18 year old pitcher drafted number 3 overall by the Braves in 2016. In a total of 10 games last season Anderson had an ERA of 2.04 and was 1-2 in 2 different leagues last year. Anderson should start back up in Rookie ball again but will most likely make his way up to Lower A by the end of the 2017 season.
Dakota Hudson SP STL
He was the 34th overall pick in the 2016 draft out of Mississippi State. St. Louis has a good reputation of developing pitchers and Hudson went to college and is also 22 years old so he should be up to the majors sooner rather than later. In a total of 12 games pitched last season he went 2-1 with a 0.68 ERA and should start this upcoming season up in Springfield (AA).
