With the possible inclusion of extra picks and rookie draft expanding back to 5 rounds, the addition of International free agency and a minimum of 40 minor league roster size, it would add up to increasing the minor league roster size to allow these changes as well as mimic real life systems in a league thats trying to make it as realistic as possible whilst staying within 20mil minor league salary cap

I am also for this. But only if a minimum gets added.

teams don't have minors to fill now how can we look at increasing with these teams with nothing now? I think 60 is enough it will favour teams to load up all talent with more room

I think 60 is enough it will favour teams to load up all talent with more room I wrote above that we will be going back to 5 rounds in rookie draft, International Free agency is being added into the mix as well as a possible Minimum 40 minor league roster rule hence this rule proposal. Separate argument but this is a 30 man dynasty league...if you want to load with talent.... anyone and everyone can do it..the majority of teams have at least 35+ prospects can’t make exceptions to a few teams that are ‘not into’ prospects

More prospects = better. It rewards guys who research and take extra time to build up a player base. MLB is deep, we should be deep too. Houston for example in MLB is where it is through a deep player pool and great scouting, so they are getting rewarded for that, we should also be rewarded for taking the extra time to delve deep into the scouting of players and stats.
