Make fielding errors cost -2 points. Currently it’s only -0.5 points. That seems too light. Errors in a game can absolutely change a game, so the cost should be more.

When a team loses a player they gave a QO to, they not only receive the Comp pick, but also the 2nd round pick of the team that signed the player.
For example, if this rule were to apply to my signing of Kershaw, Cleveland would receive my 2nd round pick, in addition to the Comp pick.
Currently, if I am not mistaken, the 2nd round pick of the signing team is just removed from the draft.
