BIDDING CLOSED ON Justin Turner Los Angeles Dodgers can now decide whether he wants to match Oakland Athletics offer for Turner +1 mil per year Which would mean Los Angeles Dodgers would get Turner for 14 mil for 4 years OR Los Angeles Dodgers would receive a Comp A Balance pick (at end of 1st round) since it would be for under $50 mil. Detroit will lose their 2nd rd rookie pick 2021
