@angels has extended a qualifying offer to Aaron Hicks for 18.9.
Minimum bids:
1 year @ 19.4m = 19.4 points
2 years @ 9.7m = 19.4 points
3 years @ 6.5m = 19.5 points
4 years @ 4.85m = 19.4 points
If Hicks is won by another team, Angels will receive a comp balance round A pick, and the winning team will lose their 2nd rd rookie pick
Auction closes 11/22 12pm EST if no bids are received, Angels keep Hicks for 18.9 for one year.

BIDDING CLOSED ON AARON HICKS
@angels can now decide whether he wants to match @kcpj115 offer for Hicks +1 mil per year
Which would mean Angels would get Hicks for 11mil for 2 years
OR
Los Angeles Angels would receive a Comp B Balance pick (at end of 2nd round) since it would be for under $50 mil. Detroit will lose their 2nd rd rookie pick 2021
